Dear folks, Does anyone know which companies accept a 3-month notice period?

These services company employees need to serve 3months notice period but when they are hiring they are looking for a person with 1month notice period is this fair?Service company employees are required to serve a 3-month notice period, but when hiring, these companies prefer candidates with a 1-month notice period. Is this fair?
