If only the company arranged for a random shuffle among teams giving power to the human resource people instead of grouping the leaders pets into same groups If only loyal long serving seniors were made as leaders to train new comers If only new comers are given time for slow steady and paced training instead of being dumped with excess load If only team mates share work load equally..

If only things change... work won't be toxic.. There's no" If only" ..it's just what it is what it always is
