Dear Bachelors what do you prefer in your stay?

What do you prefer the most in your rental homes? Some of us prefer to stay alone and have privacy, some us want couple friendly stay(no objection from neighbours or land lords), some of us want to save some bucks by sharing the unit. What do you prefer?
