Dear all delayed salary hike it means no salary hike please understand their plan .

So giving band means nothing ? I thought we will get salary hike if bands are released

I hope it is not like that....thy will give it in Q2 or Q3 or who knows in Q4 😀 may be they won't pay hike arrears if they give it in >Q2.
