Dealing with Waste/Garbage in Bangalore – What Do You Think?

Hey Grapeviners, I’ve been noticing that certain spots around BTM area always seem to have garbage piling up, and waste collection feels inconsistent. Some areas are cleaner than others, why do you think that is? Is it poor collection schedules, lack of awareness, or something else?
