Dealing with Repetitive Questions and Credit Misuse at Work — Need Advice

I’d like some advice from experienced professionals --- I work on the backend team, and the AI/ML team often repeats the same questions I’ve already explained. In some cases, they’ve even taken credit for my work. It’s becoming frustrating, and I’m unsure whether to escalate it to my manager or the project architects. What’s the right way to handle such situations professionally?
