Don't rage quit bro. First try to distract yourself from the issue and get the anger under control. Then calmly write out what's the issue with your workplace. Can it be solved by discussing with your manager? If not, what are the other options do you have. Just don't let your frustration remain in your head. Write it out on a journal and see the magic that unfolds
