Trending @Infosys; Dealing with a Toxic Lead: What Would You Do?

My team lead is very rude, often shouting, degrading us, and questioning our skills while showing partiality towards one or two members. Despite concerns raised by multiple team members, he remains in his position and continues to treat us poorly, as if we are his subordinates. These situations have hurt all of the members confidence and job satisfaction. What would you do if you were in my position? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

@ExtrovertedMercury you can open up things with your manager. If that will not work then you can drop a mail to your manager about the situation and expect action from your manager (that is also helpful later that you already raise an issue but no action taken by your manager), if he/she not take any action then you can cc your manager's manager. That will definitely work.

Same happening with , POV my project is one of the confusing work and as it's huge and confused they expect me I have to do everything perfectly but as a junior i do my best but some how I just make small changes or mistakes which can be adjusted but my lead always shout at me saying that he lost all hope, since I am doing over work it's obvious that my gets watery or dry and sometimes it's get irritated, and so as my head because I work late night
Now I am also sharing why I had to work late-night, see this work if I take break long time I lose track that where I started and that even make things worse I seriously don't want this type of heavy and toxic work, i am also not earning a single thing from my project
And my lead is too harsh towards me Almost lost everything and health started having an impact

I'm not really sure if talking about it to the manager will help, sometimes it doesn't, if the lead has good communication with the manager, the ball will be in his court. So, I know this will not sound good but get your project changed. I understand this is not a root solution, somebody else will suffer in your place next but, what I suggested is just for your sake, not for others. Hope it answers your query. Namah Shivaya.
