Dealing With A Co-Worker Who Is a Bootlicker of The Manager

There’s a girl in my project who is from third party and just to get permanent she behaves as a pet of the manager and the lead. She bitches about everyone in the team to them and intead of saying anything my manager and leads laugh it out. She even insults anyone from the team but they dont say a word to her. How to deal with her, should i confront her infront if the lead and manager. Will this affect my rating?
