Trending @Accenture; Dealing with 90 days notice period

A practical solution to handle the 90-day notice period issue is to mention in interviews that your notice period is 90 days but negotiable for an earlier release. This makes you more appealing to potential employers. Once you receive an offer, it's unlikely they will revoke it if you request an extension for the date of joining. Companies often understand the difficulty of finding the right candidate, and since the hiring process is lengthy and resource-intensive, they are usually willing to accommodate reasonable requests.

I'm currently on probation and it will end in March (could be extended as well). So during interviews do I tell them that if they offer me before March my notice will be of 30 days but if offered after March it will be of 90 days? Will it not look like I'm pushing them to offer me before March?
