Trending @Accenture; Deadly combination: Married woman, Night shift & office visit. How to cancel the night shift??

I just read the FAQs where it was mentioned that whoever working in other than regular shift will also have to visit the office. I am married woman working in c shift where my timings are 8pm -5.30pm.

I just dont want to do night shift anymore as it is taking toll on my health plus this mandatory office visit will worsen it now due to safety and security.

How to cancel night shift. Any idea?
