DE SHAW senior member tech QTE role details

Hii all, I am being interviewed for the above mentioned role. I currently working as software developer. I am hoping to get this offer as I have hr round tomorrow. Can someone help me with compensation they give for this role? Do I have a chance to negotiate? Additionally, I am confused if it's a bar decision to go for SDET role, though they mentions at DE Shaw SDETs are similar to developers. Anyone in the role please share the insights....
