Days gap between two hr mails for discussion regarding allocation

Today I got 1st mail that I have been unallocated from considerate amount of time and need to come for in person to office in pune,

Thing is that their's some problem in my home and I have asked them to let me meet someone here in Noida where I stay or let me come to pune next week Monday

How many mails will HR give before termination and is their a chance they will consider to let me meet Hr here in noida ?

And how much days gap is between 2 Hr mails regarding discussion??
