21moDay off on public holiday
What should I do if my manager doesn't give me a day off on a public holiday on the 17'th June for Eid ul-adha. And not giving me a double pay or comp off also. And he is threatening me that if I take unplanned on that day I have to mark an earn leave on another day. And he will change my shift from NSA to non NSA shift. Which will directly impact my salary. What should I do. In this condition.

In most of the state have flexi on 17th June and needs to to applied 7days in advance.
Double pay is only for National Holidays(2nd Oct, 15th Aug & 26th Jan).
For public holidays you wont their double pay.
If anyone is working on Public holiday then you will be eligible for compoff.
