Day of a fresher

The day begins with me trying to connect with people at the posts i am interested in at organizations i want to work at. 90% of the times people choose not to connect.( That is when i send a personalized invite ) Then i write to the few who connect and a very few of them revert back (5-7%) Most of these are not interested. But a few genuenly try to help And they do try in their earnest but its either the slow nature of big organizations or the skeptisim around hiring an a fresher.

I guess this is only happening in the construction industry and i wouldnt wish it to happen to someone.

Hey, its really not that complicated. Platforms like linkdin where people and companies can be easily found. You have to do some work in terms of looking for people.
For example you want to start trying for company XYZ
Search for it in linkdin then go into the peoples tab in that company, look for HRs or people you might have a connection with ( any connection if you have use it people most often respond to that )
If you can then send personalized invites to each person Then maybe talk about how to progress and find a role in that company...this has not worked for me at all yet....maybe the construction industry has yet to evolve but i see you are in the cs field that I've seen this work in the past...all the best
