The issue with this list is that these companies have very few employees and hire only on campus. Additionally, most of them have absurd requirements, such as being in the top 100 of JEE Advanced.
Nope, you can crack it off-campus too if you are good at competitive programming. I'm from tier 3 college and I had FAANG internship and CP profile and I got referral for interview as a combo of both. Some of them also conduct online competitions for hiring which again has questions of CP level. So, you have 2 ways - top tier IITian or CP pro.
Also I will share some companies which care about practical stills (like hobby projects, failed startup attempts etc.) over college degree.
