It's a good time to join them. Sectors on a growth trajectory. They're doing exceptionally well.
Anil is an extremely difficult boss. Keep out of his radar if and when you can. Minimal interactions work best.
Hemant is a great manager. Loads to learn from him. You'll have fun working with him if he is in your chain of command.
