Databricks India L5 – What’s the real pay package (Base + RSUs)?

Hey all,

I have been shortlisted for L5 at Databricks India as a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer (the team is being rebranded, so titles are evolving).

1. What’s a realistic compensation range (Base + RSUs) that I should expect at this level?

2. With Databricks’ recent funding round, how do I ensure I’m getting the right RSU quantity and not being under-offered?

Would love to hear from folks who’ve gone through the process or have inside perspective — want to make sure I negotiate from an informed position and don’t get lowballed!!
