Data scientist 7 years Exp : CTC check

I am working as a data scientist in one of the leading telecom company. My CTC is around 35 LPA including bonus. I am looking for a switch but want to understand what other people are getting with similar experience ?

Exclude ESOPs. Just include what you would get by the end of year before taxes. This might include your performance bonus..
