Data Governance early switch advise

I have around 1 year post MBA and 1 year pre MBA experience. Currently working with Infosys Data Governance Collibra competency. I am thinking to switch with an understanding that Data Governance and that too with Collibra is really in demand.

Can someone help me with whether my understanding is correct or not. Thanks
