Data engineer salary with 3 YOE
I have 3 years of experience as Azure data engineer. Have 10 Azure cert, 2 Databricks, 3 GCP, 1 Snowflake, 1 oracle cloud Dropped my papers due to notice period rejection. Have 3 months now to find offer and get the new job. What salary I should ask as per my skillset. I also want to know that should I ask for 50,60% hike first n then ask for counter offer of 100% hike or directly go and ask for 100% hike. Any company suggestion to switch for are also welcomed.
Seema like it is first time switch. Ask for 13, you may get 11 or 12 post negotiations. Then from 2nd offer onwards you can increase. I am telling this assuming you have atleast 6-7 lpa now. If you have too low lpa you should not have that much confidence to ask 12 or 13 LPA. So better you provide your cctc as well.
