Data Engineer 3 year exp
Which company offers ctc of around 25-30 lpa . I have 3 years of experience and my current ctc is 16lpa. I am not getting any offers as the budget of most of the companies is around 10-16lpa. What to do?

Aim for Product based companies. And yes for those you will have to crack DSA rounds irrespective of role nature, so grind leetcode too. And since you have 3 yoe expect system design round too. Other than this you can try some early age startups and they might skip on the DSA part. Dont aim for Indian IT based companies.
