Data Analyst or RPA developer?

Hi all, currently I wanted to switch the company with 3 years of experience in TCS. Can you please advise me which role is most promising outside between DATA ANALYST and RPA DEVELOPER? Also, for which role between these 2, the future growth and the hikes on current CTC would be more?
