Data Analyst Future Discussions

I am a Data Analyst with close to 4 years of experience in Analytics. I have switched twice after my first job and earn close to 18 LPA. I have talked to many people in my profession and I also see job openings on Naukri and other platforms and all I see is people earning close to this or max 24 LPA even with 8-9 years of experience. Is this the ceiling for this kind of role? Should I switch to another field? Should I go for an MBA ( I am not convinced mentally to bury myself in 30 lakhs debt)? Can anyone in the same role who is earning more than this comment on how they broke this ceiling?
