Underpaid than the average Grapeviners

Remember a comment by a googler, said if half the folks leave it will still function the same. That was in 2019, they have nearly doubled since then. Even after layoffs they still have more people than required.

It’s relatable, idk why it’s a surprise. Most days I also work about 4-5 hours a day and often wonder why do I get paid so much for essentially half a day of work

But I do have some days or weeks where I really have to slog a lot to earn my salary
