Trending @Accenture; Damage to company laptop
My laptop got damaged today in office. I was walking towards someone to get assistance for work, the wire of my headset got entangled to chair's arm and the laptop slipped out of my hand. There is a big dent on one of the corner and a crack on the corner as well. Everything works fine though. What could be the consequence of this and what should i do now?
Just raise request for replacement, mention reason as damaged. Money will be deducted from WBSe, nothing to worry on that, I have broken two laptop till now.
So Accenture pays for it or do we need to pay from our own pocket? If we need to pay them how much?
We don't need to pay, most of Accenture assets have insurance, they claim damage from there plus if something is needed it will be borne by project. For all request WBSe is mandatory. No payment from employees are ever asked.
I returned laptop last week a dent was there nothing happens
Replace it asap by raising request and get new. They didnt charge me any money too. Get it changed soon before this toxic company remove this policy too. Anyways if they want to charge they will in your last working day too.
