Trending @Accenture; Daily Working Hours (actual not chargaeble) at Accenture India

While working overtime (OT) can be needed at crunch times and special occasions, if this becomes normal, then there could be a systemic issue creeping within us or the firm. With this poll, I'm trying to understand what are the daily working hours for various teams across Accenture India. Please note, this is to capture actual working hours, as the actual time spent by employees regularly, and NOT the chargeable hours we are allowed to put in our time sheets

Pl take an average of atleast at a weekly level before submitting a response, so we know it's not a one-off. Also, if you are at 14+, pl do share if you are getting anything (tangible/non tangible) in return (happiness, growth, learning , etc)
