DAA role for ZS

I had given the case study + interview round for a week. I still haven't received any updates from the HR. I mailed him and got an automatic response he is out of the office. Do you guys know if someone has performed well in the past round(case study interview), will it take a week for the final HR interview to be scheduled ?

PS : I have got the Case study round link after 1 month of clearing the OA round.And the interview for case study has been 5-6 days after the case study answer submission.
