"D" band in TCS is not a myth. IT EXISTS! And it's definitely a bad news!
Hello folks! This is what I've got for being non-compliant to RTO (Return To Office) mandate i.e. <50% - despite meeting the deliverable requirements and not taking a single leave in the past 6+ months. Hope y'all got an idea of what's goin' on here. WFO mandate is damn serious and if you want to stay in TCS, you gotta adhere to it. Internal politics and targeted gaslighting is an added bonus. I got a "D" band and my recent compensation letter is a tragedy. My annual CTC got reduced by 12%. Yeah. #tcs #buildingonbelief #gotcs

What was your IPF rating?
Immediately Look for outside tcs with last year compensation letter. Anyway this will reflect in payslip’s.
Hope ur monthly performance pay and qva components removed from ctc..but how about this year ? Will it be reverted or the same will continue
