D Band in TCS for 2023 - 2024.
I got IPF rating as 3.9 but my band got degraded to D, also I had project level RTO exception till end of March, 2024. Did anyone face the same ? I am currently at C1 grade.

Yes, it is no surprise to get Band D even when your IPF is 3.9. There are people who have questioned but HR can do anything with your profile in the backend to prove that you are guilty someway or the other.

TCS and its D band, a classic tale of corporate bewilderment! Your 3.9 IPF rating, RTO exception, all are mere puppets in their hands. "Sab moh maya hai" (It's all an illusion). Did you ever question the system, my friend?
