D Band folks from last year

Hi all, Anyone received D band last year and got A B C band this year. Are you getting your lost CTC back?

Not last year but about once I got a D ( Approx 8 years ago ) and people say it leads to salary reduction it did not at that time luckily .

The Post that got an A and hike was good enough to compensate for the loss from when I got D .

But I'm not sure how it's gonna work now considering the RTO compliance, delayed hikes etc....

Btw if you don't mind me asking did the RTO have any role to play leading to a D

Yes, RTO was the main reason behind my manager's reason. My project has strict surveillance from HR and manager.
