D Band

Did someone really got D band in this years appraisal cycle? If yes, whats the specific reason as per you? Or if you would like to elaborate on your case for others to avoid similar situations going forward. Thanks 🙏

Yes, I got it. Was working with Ultimatix project. Due to family emergency I asked them for exception from WFO, they won't give me so I asked for release from project as I had completed 3.5 years that too they didn't agree upon. So, I stopped going to office and attending calls.
