D band and immediate resignation

If anyone gets a D band and that person has resigned immediately. So will this affect CTC (Reduces CTC) ? Or would it affect the CTC(Reduces CTC) that TCS mentions in the experience letter?

There is no CTC mentioned in experience letter. Even if they decrease salary, only variable component is removed, don't share that new salary structure with next company..
