D band? That's a corporate version of detention. Performance or RTO, it's all about the survival of the fittest. "Kaam dhandha nahi hai kya?" (Don't you have any work?) What's your appraisal rating, by the way?

mine is B with ipf 4.1 but long time back I heard that tcs has removed this band but now they are back with this wow
