D Band | what is the next step?

Hey! I was cheated by my project people inspire of working there for 8months they have gave me D band and now I am in bench, can anyone pls explain how much salary deduction will be there and in the compensation will they mention deduction?

Bro why not plan for switch. Even if you got A band no much difference in salary what u r getting now. Plan for switch.

Usually it's 11 to 15 percent they will cut your performance pay and performance bonus rest you can calculate
