People who got c and d band kindly please share the reason like on bench or not , working but argued with manager ,last year worked but this year got released , Appraisal happened with last year project and now in another project ,never went to office or any concerned reason you think .

Not on bench, didn’t argue with my manager, worked my ass off for the whole year and achieved a big milestone in the project, had exception approval to work from home- yet I got C band.
Yes, now I believe I’m a TCSer
