Cybercrime - CC geeks ?

Hi,

I have credit cards which has been applied and run by my husband using my identity (email, pan , and all credentials) without my knowledge, now we are at point of divorce bcs of his adultery and at this point I have an outstanding bill of 2 lakh which needs to be paid which was spent by him, also for this particular payment he said what he spent he has received the goods , and raised dispute in march and now dispute has been returned in merchant favor and now he is entitled to pay the amount , which means in outline me , when we approached this situation through lawyer and said we will lodge cyber complaint if the payment is not done , his lawyer is saying " u guys are husband and wife , how u can raise complaint , also he spent on ur medical bills , and at last she said ok cleint has given me some statement , I will check qnd get back to you" Am trying to understand here ' Am I mad , or system is mad , he clearly spent on CC which is on my name which he got by applying online ,very clearly spent for his personal needs , won't these facts will get revealed when cyber complaint is done " or else entire system runs in some twisted way like a fellow can do all shit and say u r only responsible and cooly continue living with his affair ? On top of it they are also proposing I can't lose 2 lakh , give ur bank credentials let me raise dispute again and will settle this bill, am I bound to do this ? I lost my life here , I am really becoming sick with all this dramas
