How to get a good hike after switching from a service based company, I am expecting like 150% to 200%, I am in the vulnerability management domain at Infosys, any certification to prepare? suggestions please !

The expectation seems a bit off the limit. If it was the year 2022, this would be easy but now as per the current market situation, you should expect max 60-80.
Also you might get 150-200% if your current CTC is very less, otherwise it might be challenging unless you crack any of the FAANG.
