CWA Work Culture

Hi All,

I currently work in Oracle with a CTC of 35 LPA with 14+ years of experience and have received a job offer from Commonwealth Bank of Australia Bankwest for 55 LPA in Bangalore, i.e. this would involve a reallocation but they would provide the necessary support. It would be very helpful if you can share some insights on the work culture as it would be a major decision in my life. Thank you!

I have heard good things about them.whats the role and does the 55LPA has any variable or rsu in them

55 is fixed and they have no concept of RSU. A 25% variable quarterly component on CTC is present.

Yeah 90 days helps..talk to your manager try to get a counter offer..many of my friends have received counters from OHAI.. but your actual notice is one month right ..so try to drag the joining as mush as possible and look for other offers as well. Then take a call
