Cvent India Review for Software Engineers

I spent few years at Cvent India, and while the company might appear stable due to long-tenured employees, my experience was mixed. Long-term employees sometimes held sway, and misunderstandings with them could limit growth. Listing pro cons for india NCR location:

Pros:

• people.
• free food 1 time

Cons:

• less salary(with huge variable chunk)
• no stocks
• no career growth.
• egoistic leadership which follows nepotism.
• less appraisal.
• no appraisal on promotion.
• legacy tech stack they still not using spring boot.
• harassment of people who show that they are not going to leave company(low risk ones).
• recognition is joke here.
• below average talent.
• running on college graduates as they don't have money to hire seniors leads and principals.
