Curse of 60 days NP

I am a 4 YoE backend engineer on a Python stack. I feel I have a decent profile coz I have got calls from Bosch, L&T, Deloitte, Quantiphi, LTIMindtree and etc., but my profile didn’t get shortlisted every time just because of the 60 day's notice period. I even asked my friends for referrals to companies like Accenture and Infosys. Even after that, my profile also didn't get shortlisted.

Any suggestions? I want to change my company too.

Um, nope. People have 90 days notice period. Your np is not that bad.

60days notice period is common. Maybe you are not getting shortlisted due to something else

It might be, but Bosch, Deloitte and L&T called me and took details from me, but after finding out about the NP, they asked me to talk with the company and shortened it, but when I call them back they are not picking up now.

60 days is pretty common notice period especially for experienced folks. Maybe some companies will prefer quicker or immediate joiners but for most good companies you should be pretty okay. And once you're serving notice period and some days have passed, you should be no worse at all.
