Currently working in TCS and got an offer from IBM, which is best in work culture and job security

"Job security" is not even a valid word in 2025.

Best part of IBM.. It always hires below capacity.. Takes up selective projects..

Both are same. Go for high salary.

Join IBM ...TCS is crap now

Depends on which team you are joining in IBM. If its GBS then its same as TCS. Else others are better teams than TCS

Have not heard anything about TCS like policy change in IBM so, you can join IBM.
