Currently working in HCL, I am yet to receive the offer from new organisation how ever they requested to join with in a month is there any better option to get the relieve with in a month however my manager was not supportive.
I really don’t want miss the offer because its product based company they agreed for 100% hold
I don't think HCL HR will agree in one month.. I would suggest a way , when you are negotiating with the next company ,ask them if it is possible for them that you work in night shift for first 2 months, tell them that you have resigned yet HCL is trying not to relive you for another 2 month...
One of the guy in My team did this and he was given to work in another time slot than HCL time slot...He had to show resignation acceptance mail and a few other things.. Also his salary of first 2 months was given as bonus at the start of 3 rd month...
Yes 2 months will be very hectic,as 16-18 hours a day you will need to work

The new company they clearly said everyday need to come to office however with out joining they wont allow for work and to join required releiving letter, might be if we request they can extend up to 45days, remaining 45days can i go for Buy back option ??
They will not allow buy back for the E1 band , the solution I mentioned above is the last solution and it should be considered only after you have every other option like buyback, negotiation have turned not feasible..
