Currently working in Deloitte with 2.6yr experience.got offer from below companies.which one is good to join?
I heard IBM has a lot of work stress. From @Sane reply it seems that as both companies are offering high package their work demands will be high

Less salary than Marketplace, as you are working in Infosys salary will be higher for your expectation. Work life balance totally depends on the manager. But most of the managers are good here.
CCtc and offered ctc tech stack ?
You are just 2.6yrs old, look for learning. All Big4s are difficult, EY India is no doubt a tough run but will prepare you for long run. Rest depends on other perks offered

If possible, somehow try to feedback of your manager and then decide. If you hear things like ass licker, no empathy, micro manager, chaatu, n all then do not join, trust me your life will be hell. Every company is good and bad, a hell lot depends upon your reporting manager.
