Currently working at Deloitte at 14 lpa consultant, got an offer Capgemini 15.5 lpa, what should be done?

Doesn't seem like a right idea to switch for 15.5 LPA. To make another switch, you have to wait for 1 more year. Look for other opportunities and ask for hike .

Atleast get 30-40% hike then only switch.
