Currently in maternity leave. But still getting mail from RMG to report to office and also getting project call.
I am currently on Maternity Leave from June 1st. But till last week I was continually getting Project Call. And this week I have received mail from RMG to report to office. But I replied to all mail and project call that I am on ML. I am literally scared here that whether are they count these days as my bench days?. Anyone knows pls reply.

When my wife worked in one mnc during 2019 entire team got ramped up and given termination. She escaped as she was carrying. That time we gave first trimester scan copy and she continued working. This is govt law and if breached, you can move legally.
Ask your rmg to allocate you on leave won if not already l done then you will not get calls till atleast 5.5 months . There is no need to be scared … enjoy your leaves and take care of yourself and baby … everything will be ok
Take them to court. Seek damages of 50 lakhs. Retire and take care of the baby

Stop replying and seeing emails take care of yourself and the baby and enjoy your time. If they fire just hit hard with notice by your advocate directly.
