Don’t think so. A part time MBA will give you any extra points for promotion. But if you are doing a from good institute it will help in your work which will help you in promotion

You will definitely get a role change and hike after completing your MBA. Companies value higher education and will pay you more, expect at least a 50,000 rupees increase in your salary.
