Trending @Capgemini; Currently I am serving my Notice period at Capgemini and I need 18days early exit. What should I do?

They probably won't release you but here are a few options you can try

1. See if your supervisor/project manager can talk to the HR to get you an early release.
2. If you have unused PLs, ask them if you can use them to reduce your notice period.
3. A serious medical reason (with all supporting documents)
4. I don't think there's a buyout option available, but do raise a ticket with the HR and get this checked.
