Currently I am in bench from last 4 weeks n what would be the bench policy for c3b grade n can someone suggest pros n cons when
People are there in the bench for so long such as 6, 9 of May be 1 year so no worries but the only thing is try to not be in bench for so long as it will effects your career path only

Best suggestion is take leaves if u want, or take sabbatical if u are eligible... Staying in bench will lead to termination... TCS just played with people that it's 100% job guarantee... Now it's its 100% termination... Company is in bad hands...
Now we have limited time in bench so please get into the project as soon as possible
