I just want quick advice for purchasing House from you genius guys over here. Right now I don't have any savings. I am planning to take a Plot+Construction loan in tier 2 City Lucknow's outer side why Lucknow Because I have completed my b.tech from here IIT coaching almost spent 11 years in Lucknow. My native home is situated at a very small town tier 3 city with no hospital no education at all even though the house is also a government house. I will not get any help from my father's side. Is it good decision to leave native place which is near to NCR and shifting Lucknow. How should I plan for my home in Lucknow? Really appreciate your advice 🙏🙏

I bought a flat in Kolkata 3 years ago . At that time my experience and salary was same as that of yours. Now when I look back I think it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I know I am being emotional but apna ghar apna hi hota hai . Lauda lassan finfluecer k baato mai mat aao.

If you feel you should go ahead . But plan your finances properly because for first year you will be in restrain. Dheere dheere salary jab badh jaati hai to cheeze theek lagne lagti h. But make sure you stay in it. Nhi to khaali ghar bhut Bangla jaisa lagne lagta hai . I have one in Varanasi . I know it. Otherwise flats you can also explore
